For acupuncture package of 10 treatments, the introductory rate is $1200 with complimentary consultation. "Mei Zen" means a beautiful person in Chinese. It is a cosmetic acupuncture procedure, based on Traditional Chinese Medicine and designed to reduce the signs of aging and rejuvenate the skin. This cosmetic acupuncture treatment promotes the circulation of Qi and Blood in the face, which results in increased blood circulation and promotes collagen production for increased muscle tone and elasticity. It is a non-surgical, non-invasive procedure, which offers a safe holistic alternative to Plastic Surgery, Laser Surfacing and other surgery-based cosmetic procedures. The protocol consists of 10 treatments, twice a week for 5 weeks for optimal results. Results can last anywhere from 3 to 5 years with maintenance.

Rumiko Kimura, M.S., L.Ac. is a New York State and New Jersey State licensed and NCCAOM board certified acupuncturist. A Tri-State College of Acupuncture graduate with a Master of Science in Acupuncture with honors. Ms. Kimura was trained in three different styles of acupuncture, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Japanese Acupuncture (KM Style), and Acupuncture Physical Medicine (APM) which emphasizes myofacial treatment of trigger points. She is also trained in Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture.

Rumiko Kimura spent the first 18 years of her life in Japan and the Oriental Medicine has always been a part of her life. She continues to study the Oriental Medicine both in English and Japanese.
